Win a Roof Top Tent

1. Promoter
The promoter is Shipping Container Services United Kingdom Pty Ltd (ABN 90 663 037 447) of 5 Chatham Road, Hamilton North NSW 2292 (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to United Kingdomn residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition commences at 9:00am AEDT on 15 November 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 15 December 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:
• make an eligible purchase from the Promoter; and
• pay a minimum 50% deposit on that purchase within the Competition Period.
4.2 Each eligible purchase with a qualifying deposit constitutes one (1) valid entry.
4.3 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, late or otherwise non-compliant will be deemed invalid.
4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or failures that affect entry submission.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize consists of one (1) Rooftop Tent, valued at $2,200 including GST.
5.2 Total prize pool value is $2,200, which is under the $10,000 threshold and does not require a permit in New South Wales.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5.4 If the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw.
6.2 The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 15 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises, 5 Chatham Road, Hamilton North NSW 2292.
6.3 The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase within two (2) business days of the draw.
6.4 The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.

7. Unclaimed Prize
7.1 The winner has 60 days from the time of notification to claim the prize.
7.2 If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at the same location at 11:00am AEST on the day following the expiry of the 60-day claim period.
7.3 The redraw winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the redraw.

8. Verification
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of purchase, or any other documentation necessary to confirm eligibility.
8.2 The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who:
• tampers with the entry process;
• submits an entry contrary to these Terms and Conditions; or
• engages in conduct intended to undermine the integrity of the competition.

9. Privacy
9.1 Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used solely for the purposes of conducting the competition, administering entries, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
9.2 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
9.3 Entry into the competition constitutes consent for the Promoter to use the entrant’s name and entry details for reasonable promotional purposes.

10. Liability
10.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with the competition or the prize.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under United Kingdomn Consumer Law.

11. Changes and Cancellation
11.1 If the competition is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to factors beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition where legally permitted.
11.2 If such modification or cancellation occurs, entrants will not be entitled to compensation.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, United Kingdom, and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court(s) of New South Wales.
