What’s included in an SCS Flat Pack or DIY Kit?

Each kit includes the FlexiFrame Steel Frame, pre-cut components, fixings, and detailed assembly instructions. Everything you need to build your structure is included in the crate — you just need basic tools to complete the setup. However the Flat Pack Portable Building comes with Toolbox and Tools included.

How are the kits delivered?

All Flat Pack and DIY Kits are securely packed in a steel crate for safe transport United Kingdom-wide. The compact design keeps freight costs low and makes delivery simple, even to remote or off-grid locations.

Can I customise my DIY Kit?

No — the crate in each DIY Kit is pre-packed in the factory and can’t be modified. However, you can add compatible parts and components to your order, such as flooring, decking, or ceiling upgrades.
You can also join multiple FlexiFrame structures together to create larger layouts or connected spaces.

Can I order replacement parts or extra panels later?

Yes. We offer spare parts, additional frame sections, and accessories to match your existing kit. Just contact our team with your model type and order number, and we’ll assist you.

Do you offer assembly services?
